If you're based outside the Philippines the setup fee is priced in USD and the monthly management fee can be invoiced in USD or your local currency — we'll figure out whatever works best during the discovery call.

11. How long does it take to set up?

It depends on the tier and how quickly you provide your assets and feedback during onboarding.

CF24/7 Starter — typically 1 to 2 weeks. CF24/7 Core — typically 2 to 3 weeks. CF24/7 Full Stack — typically 3 to 4 weeks.

The faster you respond during onboarding, the faster your system goes live.

12. What does monthly management include?

Monthly management is included in all three tiers — but the scope differs based on what was built.

CF24/7 Starter monthly management covers the complete automation system — all channels monitored, sequences updated, workflows optimized, bugs fixed, and a monthly report sent showing leads captured, messages responded to, appointments booked, and conversions.

CF24/7 Core monthly management covers everything in Starter plus landing page maintenance — copy updates, design tweaks, and monthly performance tracking covering traffic, opt-in rate, and conversion rate.

CF24/7 Full Stack monthly management covers everything in Core plus full website maintenance, brand asset updates, SEO monitoring, and WordPress plugin and security updates.

All tiers include priority support — direct access to me for questions and adjustments between monthly check-ins.

13. How long does the founding monthly rate last?

The founding monthly rate is honored for 12 months from the date your system goes live. After 12 months the monthly management fee transitions to the standard full rate. You'll receive 30 days written notice before the rate transition takes effect.

14. What happens after the system is live?

CF24/7 doesn't get built and abandoned. Every month I monitor every channel, update sequences where needed, fix anything that breaks, and send you a clear report showing how your leads are moving through the pipeline — how many came in, how many were responded to, how many were nurtured, and how many converted.

15. Do I need to do anything after it's live?

CF24/7 handles everything that can be automated. But there are specific moments that will always require your personal judgment:

- Responding to escalated inquiries that require human decision-making

- Updating pipeline stages after real conversations

- Showing up to booked discovery calls

- Handling negotiations, closings, and sensitive conversations personally

Think of CF24/7 as the system that handles everything repetitive and time-sensitive — so when it's time for the human moments, you're free, focused, and ready.

16. What if I already have leads or an existing contact list?

18. What's the difference between the setup fee and the monthly management fee?

The setup fee covers everything required to build your CF24/7 system from scratch — connecting all channels, building the landing page if applicable, writing email sequences, setting up automation workflows, configuring the CRM pipeline, and integrating the booking system. For CF24/7 Full Stack it also covers brand identity and full website development.

The monthly management fee covers ongoing monitoring, optimization, updates across all channels, and monthly reporting. Think of the setup fee as building the machine and the monthly fee as keeping it running at peak performance.

19. What happens when the 3 founding client spots are filled?

The founding client rates close permanently across all three tiers. After that CF24/7 Starter returns to $3,730 setup and $450/mo, CF24/7 Core returns to $4,600 setup and $600/mo, and CF24/7 Full Stack returns to $5,600 setup and $800/mo.
